| 1. Registration |
1.1 Username and Password
Your email address is used as your login name in all Nareos web sites.
It is recommended that you choose complex passwords, containing both letters and numbers.
1.2 Personal Information
You are required to provide personal and payment information in order to register.
The personal information includes your first and last name and address.
Optional fields may include your company, income and job title.
Nareos will never disclose any of that information to third parties.
Please see our privacy policy for more details.
1.3 Payment Information
You are required to supply your payment information in order to be
able to purchase music on MyPeerBox. Currently, MyPeerBox supports
major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).
Other payment options will be added soon.

| 2. Downloads |
2.1 Downloading Songs
After you have purchased a song by selecting it, you can always
download the song file from the “My library” window.
In the “My library” window, right-click the song file, select “Save As...”
and choose the folder where you would like to save the file.

| 3. Listening to Purchased Music |
3.1 On Your PC
You can listen to the music purchased on MyPeerBox using a personal computer
running Microsoft Windows. It is recommended that you use the Mircosoft
Media Player application to play back your music.
3.2 On Compatible Portable Devices
Music purchased on MyPeerBox can be copied to portable devices bearing the PlaysForSure logo.

3.3 On Your Home Stereo
Generally, MyPeerBox users can burn the purchased music to CD's and copy the
works to their portable devices such as compatible MP3-players.

| 4. Viewing Your Purchases |

All your purchases can be conveniently viewed and managed through our online billing interface.
For improved security, you will be required to enter your username and password
in order to access your account management interface.

5.1 What are these charges from Nareos MyPeerBox?
Charges from Nareos MyPeerBox are for digital media files purchased
over the Internet. The first time you paid for an item you were
required to open up a MyPeerBox account with personal and payment
details. Any purchase, thereafter, could be made with just your
User Name and Password. If you have made any additional purchases
these are what the charges are for. Details of all your purchases
can be found on the “Purchases” page of your account.

5.2 Why was my credit card declined?
There could be several reasons your card was declined. Your bank
may have declined the transaction; the card may have been issued
in a country that does not allow international transactions;
your Internet security software does not allow for these types of transactions
with its current settings; you inadvertently entered incorrect
account information, and many more. These possibilities need to
be checked out with your financial institution and/or Internet service provider.
5.3 I bought a file and never received it.
To open a dispute, login to your online billing interface (see 4. Viewing Your Purchases)
and go to the “Purchases” section,
select the specific purchase, click on the “Dispute” button and
fill in the dispute reason. One of our service representatives
will respond as soon as possible.
5.4 I am trying to open a file that I already bought and am being asked to pay again.
Click on the “I already bought this file” link on the License Acquisition pop-up
window. Enter your e-mail address and password and your previous purchase
will be verified. If there is still a problem please click here.
5.5 What if I want a refund?
If you would like a refund and thereby give up your ability to listen
to a specific file, then go to the “Purchases” section in your account,
select the specific purchase, click on the “Dispute” button and fill in
the dispute reason. One of our service representatives will credit your
account. Credits are given for up to 14 days from date of purchase.
This credit can be seen in the “Credit Card Transactions” section of your account page.
5.6 What if I forget my Password?
Click on the “Forgot your password?” link in the sign-in screen,
enter your email address and your password will be sent to you.
5.7 Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. MyPeerBox uses secure connection to pass your credit card informaiton.
Your information is stored in encrypted format and cannot be accessed by 3rd parties.
