NAREOS MYPEERBOX REFUND POLICY
The convenience and ease-of-use of the MyPeerBox service is paramount for Nareos.

If you experience problems playing the items purchased via MyPeerBox, or you believe that you have been mistakenly charged, you can file a dispute report. Your report will be thoroughly checked, and you will be fully refunded if applicable.
To do so, please follow this procedure:

a) Access your MyPeerBox account at NewGenPay, and log in using your email address and password
b) Click "Purchases" on the account management home page
c) In the list of purchases, find the purchase/charge you want to dispute and click the transaction ID
d) On the transaction details screen, click the Dispute button on the bottom of the page
e) Fill in the dispute form and click "Submit"

Nareos staff will promptly process your dispute.
